Teaching PLANT Alchemy

From the most ancient times, human beings have had a primal belief that plants contain healing powers. Herbs have also been seen as a source of wisdom. The Plant Spirits have an intelligence, a consciousness that is beneficial to the energetic healing of our emotional/spiritual souls and are natural teachers. They know the art of healing.

I invite you to join me as we explore the healing and energetic properties of herbs. Together we will taste, smell, touch, sit with and create herbal concoctions that can help support you on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

Most women can feel it coming on….We get caught up in our emotions – we’re not usual selves. We’re hypersensitive. We weep, and we bleed.

In today’s world, we are so busy and don’t have the time, space or freedom to take time off to nurture ourselves during our menstruation. In result we are more likely to suppress the wave of feelings that surge to the surface, to put on a happy face and push through. But stoic as we may be, we’re often forced to acknowledge the power of our bodies when cramps, headaches and fatigue drive us to our beds.

Yet the ancient wisdom teaches, that Moontime offers us a unique window into our own souls, our inner guidance, our divine wisdom. The physical and emotional intensity of this time is an opportunity for healing and release–when we nourish ourselves, body and soul, and allow all of who we are.

Join Rachel and discover with an intimate group of women, the beauty and relief that comes with making simple changes leading up and during your Moontime. We will learn about different herbs, explore foods, and create self-love practices that support your mind, body and soul needs while “on your Moon.”
